mcb
i know this has already been adressed, but... in XP, if i use messenger higher than 3.6, it automatically logs in using my brother's Passport (because his is the passport registered in the windows login), without asking which user to select, or even ask for a password..is there any way to stop this? RossDundas Veteran Posted December 5, 2001 Veteran Share Posted December 5, 2001 if you use separate user accounts on the XP box then it will store 2 separate .NET profiles. Just a thought. otherwise you need to logout, disable auto login and each of you will need to enter the authentication information separately. sorry it sux but c'est la vie with uncle billy. :ponder:
