Unless of course if by "all of the adobe programs" you also mean something like Adobe Premiere and you do "hardcore" video rendering. But if that was the case you wouldn't be using a laptop... Also have you tried the software available with Ubuntu? Try Gimp for image editing for instance, should take a bit of habituation for an Adobe Photoshop user but that program is pretty good for image editing. Ruti Posted October 31, 2008 Author Share Posted October 31, 2008 no video editing for me, just illustrator, dreamweaver,photoshop,flash, and some other graphic program, im going to study graphic design in college so i think virtualbox would give me the best compatibility for any program that college might ask for. i dont use gimp because i use lots of plugins for photoshop.
