D.B.C Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 (edited) I used VC++ 2005 to create this tools! copy DDatetime.cpl and DDatetime.cpl.manifest to c:\Windows\system32(it can be found in "contrl panle") run DBCShell.exe ,OK!
