Zab
The Crap Cleaner, CCleaner is a freeware system optimization, privacy and cleaning tool. It removes unused files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster and freeing up valuable hard disk space. It also cleans traces of your online activities such as your Internet history. Additionally it contains a fully featured registry cleaner. But the best part is that it's fast (normally taking less than a second to run) and contains NO Spyware or Adware! :) CCleaner Home CCleaner Download I personnally learned about this through my father, this program is teh Sh*tz0r. I always select all boxes because I don't need any of the information it deletes and most likely you wont either. And if you really are bugged by having to always put in your password, you can select it on CCleaner not to remove your "autocomplete form" information thus keeping those passwords in tact! 5 Stars! Enjoy!

Mercellus
I've been using CCleaner since it debuted (and was called "Crap Cleaner"), it's a great program and it does a pretty good job in comparison to Windows built-in Disk Cleanup utility; I find that running CCleaner and then JkDefrag cleans up things pretty well. Zickar
CC works fine cleaning up registries and all but on uninstallations I prefer Revo
Kevin.
CCleaner is an excellent program I've been recommending for quite a while now. It certainly helps when it comes to getting rid of junk files.

Anooxy
I use Tuneup Utitilies, though it's not freeware. But they seem to look alike. TuneUp has a lot more stuff though.
etempest
I love it, not only do I use it for file clean, but one of the best for controlling what launches on start up too.
Matrix XII
I have been using this since 2004, such a great little program. I'm glad to see it's still around because I downloaded it before it got too popular and it's still going strong. It's a very light program too :p

ScorpioRGc1
I love CCleaner; been using for nearly a year now. Using it in conjunction with Revo Uninstaller (the latter only used to uninstall programs and get rid of their leftovers, and CCleaner handling the rest of the disk and Registry cleaning) has kept my rig tidy and fast. :D I consider it a must-have tool, and every PC in my house has it on there. cropcircles
Glary Utilities is way better and have separated modules and is totally freeware :p You have to be careful with registry cleaners if you have allot of system and registry tweaks using Glary. Also throw my hat in there for CCleaner. Excellent program. Was also using Window Washer but I've been having problems with the GUI not showing up. Need something to go along with CCleaner
