Glados
Here's a surprising little trick I just learned about: After you've installed the Vista SP1 update, a tool called "vsp1cln.exe" is installed in the system32 directory. If you run it, it will remove all of the uninstall files related to Vista SP1. You won't be able to roll back to Vista RTM afterwards, but, so what, right? Running this tool saved me 800 MB of disk space. Hope this helps.

darkmanx21
I know you can still run it on an integrated disc, but I don't know if it actually does anything...
mclaren05
800MB? Not really worth it, IMO.
Sethos
800MB is not "a lot" these days
Kevin.
While 800MB may not be "a lot" by today's standards, freeing up some disk space is better than not freeing up any at all.
ScorpioRGc1
I did this a while back; handy way of getting disk space back. I recommend everyone do it after updating to SP1 and ensuring they have no issues with it. :D
