pretty good, it seems the design is too minimalistic to me, try adding more text & maybe some images (a sidebar) to make it feel 'right'. Keep at it, it looks like you've got the start of something good there..

I like it. I usually don't like most sites (i'm a web/graphic designer as well).

Your layout seems to be spacious enough to prevent any cramping, enough "white space" that is. But it looks as if it fits within 800x600... good choice.

Personally, I would use Verdana. It looks like you're using Arial, but thats just personal preference.

If you'd like a no-right-click script that requires no popup or message of any type, email me and I'll send you one (My FTP is down temporarily). ImOnTheGoodFoot@hotmail.com

One more thing... you get serious, SERIOUS props if you continue to conform to the W3C standards. That rocks.

I have one question... are you using an HTML or WYSIWYG program to create this? Or just a plain text editor?

I use UltraEdit, a text editor that color-codes the tags for easy reading and debugging.

Sorry about this, Wizz, but i would like to know what people think of my site too. I use Microsoft FrontPage 2002. My Home page I would really like some feedback. I use this site as a place for my webprojects.

Thanks,

I'm writing all this myself in a text editor. I'm a puritan web developer. Do it all in notepad.

Does anybody hate the new XHTML standard btw... really ****es me off that you have to close every tag like in xml. What can i say... i'm filled with bad habits. :D

Thanks Wizz, I would like to know if you have checked out this one yet -- Website. This is a website that I made for my little brother's "band". Please tell me if you think it is okay for a "metal band".

Thanks a lot,

Wizz, I like your site too. Please tell me when you add stuff to it so I can go see.

good, good.

I don't use much XML/XHTML yet. I mainly use ASP, PHP with a MySQL database.

but closing tags is a good habit.

Star_trek... i liked yours but the bands site has too much java... slows everything down.

ImOnTheGoodFoot... well as you can see I'm using PHP with this... all the content is stored within a mysql db. But the actually browser side is all XHTML complaint..... most of the time.... when I can be assed .

the design is good, like the site but screw frontpage.. it creates very bloated code, and you could do better with Dreamweaver or even notepad..

Ill keep that in mind tytanic11. I, however at this point dont have timne to code everything, believe me I would like to, but MS FrontPage just seem an extremely great alternative. I am only 17, I know some C++, a little Java, and about as much C#, but at this point I dont really have time to learn some HTML or JavaScript. Maybe during the summe I'll make the transition. I know that by coding things yourself you have more power over what you produce and that is a power that I have come to love and that is my most favorite thing about programming.

Anyway thanks for the suggestion, and I will keep your suggestion in mind and I will to make time.

Thanks,
