brentaal Posted December 6, 2008 Share Posted December 6, 2008 Don't know about the patcher, but you can get the files needed for manual patching here http://www.withinwindows.com/uxtheme-patches/ Scroll down to SP2 Beta It's fairly easy, you just have to transfer ownership for those three files to your system account (right click - properties - etc...) and replace them with the ones from the above link. Loso Posted December 6, 2008 Share Posted December 6, 2008 i just installed SP2 and after completion the default classic theme was applied. I thought i would have to patch the uxtheme file again but i thought i would just try TuneUp Utilities to change the theme and it worked just fine. no patches used or anything Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
