Robbie Ride
Ok for the past few weeks i've been having a few issues with Media Center in Windows Vista. I have noticed that ehshell.exe is using 125,654k a but it normally uses 54,289k this is a big dfference, but i don't know what has caused this large increase. Sometimes Live TV and Recorded TV Playback can be jumpy and stuttery and there is no cause for this, when ehshell.exe reaches 125.654k Media Center become unresponsive to my Keyboard, Mouse and Remote interactions and the only wayto close it off is the use Task Mananger, which is difficult to gain access o when MC is playing up. Media Center usually takes a while to display video content stored on my external Seagate FreeAgent Desktop Hard Drive, there is usually a 10 second delay in showing content but that delay is not evident when accessing my 4 internal drives. I have K-Lite Codec Pack 4.3.4, Real Alternative 1.90, Quicktime Alternative 2.7.0 installed could one of these be causing the problems?
