ZEROarmy Posted December 16, 2008 Share Posted December 16, 2008 I have Windows XP set so that the file extension is shown in the file name. When I go to rename, the whole file name is selected, it's kinda annoying that you have to manually select the part of the file name before the period and extension. In Ubuntu however, when you rename something, only the file name before the .extension is selected for renaming. Anyway to do this in Windows XP?
