Soyo Onyx MT Series HDTV, Cable Box & VCR/DVD Player Connection

I recently bought a Soyo 32" Onyx MT Series HDTV but I'm having a hard time connecting everything. I need to connect my Rogers cable box and DVD/VCR player along with the TV and get everything running but i just don't know how. Currently i just have the cord from the wall outlet straight into the tv so I need some help.

TV Connectors:

* ATSC/NTSC Tuner - 1

* Cable/Antenna Input - 1

* HDMI - 1

* Component Input - 1

* Composite Input - 1

* S-Video Input - 1

* VGA - 1

* PC Audio Input - 1

* 3.5mm Audio Output - 1

I want to know how to connect everything and which is this best setup choice. Thank you for any help you can provide.
