betax Posted April 10, 2003 Share Posted April 10, 2003 There is a service that will be activated if you shut down your PC for "Security reasons" or other garbage and it will disable "Unauthorized" TCP/IP traffic... this service is called IPSEC Simply disable this service, reboot and your problems will be gone. have a nice day.
