0 Bizkit
i think that they use extract, then maybe some eraser, and some caffene.

0 Metal Head
sorry but I have no Idea Then why post... Anyway....I used to make PSD cut outs for wrestling sites around 2 year ago, I just simply use a eraser and go round carefully if you make a mistake just undo, always zoom out to see how the cutting is looking. This was in photoshop btw.

0 linsook
lol theres a magnetic marquee u can use.... its not perfect but u can use an eraser to clean up the edges.
0 nutternutin
It's called the magnetic lasso tool in photoshop7. You can adjust the settings for it and it can make some near-perfect cutouts. Then you add a litle edge softening, and presto!
0 Evil Dragon
I can tell you, and be for the most part correct that the people who make classix (well, the good ones ;)) don't use the magnetic lasso. It's combination of extract or pen tool (if the picture doesn't have a very solid background) and the trusty eraser. Lasso tool doesn't give you the flexibility that the pen does, and doesn't give the edge quality of extract. [Edit] And yes, depending on the picture... Caffeine. :D [/Edit]
