.tony
Most likely some kind of Media Center program, do you have anything like GB-PVR, seeing as you disabled Windows Media Center? Other thing is Wake on LAN, as people have said, I hibernate and if I forget to turn my modem off, Wake on LAN brings it out of hibernation a few minutes later. Either turn the option off or unplug the computer from any network devices/turn network devices off.
M_A_D
Mine isn't opening at 3am. It opens whenever I hibernate. I had this with my old motherboard (Asus P5B), i had to set a jumper on the board so that it would provide +5VSB, otherwise Vista would come right back out of hibernation. Banzai
I had a similar problem with a pc when I upgraded from XP to Vista, in the end the only thing I could bring it down to was the USB wireless keyboard or mouse was somehow waking the PC from a P3 state, either the turn the computer off at the wall or shutdown. BajiRav
Double checked them, Wake Up option is disabled, wake timers are also disabled in the Power Settings. Check task scheduler and event viewer. Most likely it is WMC.
