hey guys

stupid questions.. why can i not find my .bash_profile file??? i dont get it?

i realize this is a pretty easy question for some.. but i'm not a linux expert... sorry

There is no .bash_profile in Ubuntu. You could create it in your home directory.

Files that start with a "." are hidden files, you enable "show hidden files and folders" in your file browser to be able to see those.

Why do you need to edit your .bash_profile file?
