Use Excel. Download a tool called ASAP Utilites. It has some very good features which you can use to split up the data and move them into new columns etc...

Thanks for the tool,

I have downloaded it, but im not an excel guy and am a bit lost on how to use it.

FirstName ( First Middle Last; username)

For example I have all the above info in one colunm. How do I say "get everything after the ; and before the )' and seperate the username into its own colunm?

Thanks,
