0 mikey
apache 2 - half the world uses apache - most things (php, perl, etc) are supported on it - secure - open source - not microsoft :p
0 Tim Dorr Veteran Posted April 18, 2003 Veteran Share Posted April 18, 2003 php is NOT supported on apache 2.x. The module is still experimental. Apache 1.x is the best way to go IMHO.
0 Niels
I'm currently using the most recent build of apache 1.x. This is by far the best apache server available, php module works correctly, its blazing fast and doesn't have some of the oddities the 2.x range has. Of course its also not microsoft.
