Ever since last Summer's E3 announcement of the Microsoft and Netflix partnership, we knew that having the ability to stream Netflix content via the Xbox 360 was going to be a big hit. So, with that, we're not surprised to hear today's announcement that 1 million Netflix subscribers have downloaded and activated the Xbox 360 streaming application. And according to Microsoft, those 1 million subscribers have watched over 1.5 billion minutes of TV and movies since the program's launch in November. That's a lot of "let's just relax and be lazy tonight" minutes.

Also, now that we know streaming Netflix content over the 360 is at least somewhat popular, would it be too needy of us to ask for even more video content? We'd really like that.

Got me to sign up for Netflix, finally.

Yea, same here. I really like it, Though i really wish you could search for movies on the xbox rather then going through the website.

I have loved netflix since last month.

Ive noticed if you sign up for the trial and THEN activate your 360 they basically give you 1 month free.

Its awesome, I love it. Yes the streaming library should be updated, but look at it this way, You can order movies and they are First Class Pirority Mail.

So might else well take FULL advantage of the trial, and if you like the service use it longer. I did it, signed up for the 3 at a time, used the hell out of it after i knew streaming wouldnt have every movie streamable and i loved there service.

I'm one of them as well. I don't even use my instant watch on any of my PCs anymore - it's all on the 360 - it just works so smoothly and very well.

I love Netflix on my 360 -- it's an amazing partnership. As others have said, I just wish the library was better.

Downloads/streaming may overtake rentals, but I still prefer to buy my favorites on disc :)
