WelshBluebird
Think any game that's branded "Games for Windows Live" supports them.

Elessar
Good question (Y) Locally, i think so, but you need a legit key to sign into GFWL with the game running...
Knightwolf20024
yeah as long as you have a vaild key for the game so GFWL knows you own it you can unlock them. otherwise its offline and doesnt add to your gamerscore.
GameOverRob
Shame, as I would love two sets of achievements for games I already own. I also hear that the full 1,000 can be unlocked for Fallout 3 in under 2 hours using cheats!

The only thing i'm curious about is if achievements are stored locally on your computer, will it update your account just by logging in? You can't play any multiplayer without a legit key but if i'm not connected to the internet, my 360 still tracks achievements for me...
GameOverRob
Also, I believe Halo 2 has achievements.
bob_c_b
Good question (Y) And people wonder why developers are flocking to consoles and claiming it's because "backups" are killing them?
Elessar
And people wonder why developers are flocking to consoles and claiming it's because "backups" are killing them? For the record, i almost always try to find a way to run my games without the disc in. It's unneeded stress on my optical drive. I usually install and then toss the game into the box beside my comp.
