What do you think of my website ?

Using Opera 7.

First off, the home page "after clicking Flash button" confused me. There's lots of pretty animation, but it didn't lead anywhere. At the very least, the 'home' page should have some basic info about the site.

Also, clicking on the wallpapers and desktops in the 'gallery' page did nothing for me. Possibly an Opera problem.

A volume slider for the streaming audio might be a good idea. With the loudness of it, I had no choice but to turn it off right away.

You might want to think about a standard loading screen. Each page has a different one, and it throws off the uniformity of the site.

Good layout though.

My 2 cents.

Yeah, seriously fix the sound loop. The gallery pics did nothing for me also. Add a little content, fix a few bugs we talked about here, and you should be fine.

Hrm. Well off-hand there are a few things wrong with your site. Namely requiring a particular browser and resolution for use, as well as the whole "broadband connection" deal. There's no excuse for the browser bit, and while I can sorta understand the resolution requirement, even Flash is capable of scaling to fit the browser window (hell Flash was designed to scale both in resolution and graphic intensity).

Also if you're going to make a Flash site, make a Flash site, not some sort of HTML and Flash mixture as you've failed to accomodate anyone that doesn't happen to have Flash installed (or the latest version).

Edit: Sorry if I came off a bit harsh. I should add that you have the elements to make a nice site, but you need to follow some of the suggestions the others have made as well as deciding on your delivery method (HTML or Flash). I think the best route for you to go is to do a completely Flash based site and then an HTML version if you want. Hybrid sites like the one you have now just don't work well for a variety of reasons.

It looks good. It can use some work though. I would look nice if you possilby could add more 3D animaion instead of just plain normal flash animation, using a program simular to maya or maybe swift 3D. That would make it look better.. In the begining with the flash the blurry writing does not go togehter in the locations that they appear.. If you need that effect or like it that much I would suggest separating it.... Also when it says the name and in the background there is that flashing.. each item or location should only flash 2 or maybe 3 times.... then it should stop. It can get sort of annoying constant flashing. There was to much comming soon links I would suggest not publishing it until it is all done because that can get annoying if you are on a site and everything is comeing soon.. Another thing with the content... why would people really care about what kind of computer you have as long as you can make them flash when they ask you to for a appropriate amount of money...If you know what I mean...

I would like to see the html site when that is done.... I have some suggestions for it any way even though I did not see it... even thoug it is a html site you should probually have a flash navigation bar for it...

For your front page where you pick flash or html page you should work on that a little it does not really work to well with the site... It looks sort of unprofessional when compared to your flash site..

That is all the ideas I have and constructive critisisim for the site.... your on the right track... It is looking good..

A HTML version of a Flash site with a Flash navigation bar? Kinda goes agains the whole reasoning behind having a HTML version. Which if there was ever any doubt, is to provide a version of a site/page without Flash.

yeah your sort of right but it makes it look nice and alot of people have the ability to view flash and if not it will just ask them to download it... If you don't want that you can create a very nice java one with the same type of effects that looks prety much the same with cool roll out effects and stuff but I always go for flash befor java if I can do it in flash.. It is less time consuming to program... If you want any more help or ideas.. you know where I am...

As soon as it asked to install anything from gator - closed! Nothing on that site could even be worth looking at - if the owner has anything to do with any CR_P software from gator! Now it might of been an ad in one of the popups, if so find a host that does not use popups, etc..

That's what the Flash version of the site would be for. It's a very simple concept and one that is understood by any web designer of worth. The Flash site, get this, is driven, often largely, by Flash. The HTML site, you'll love this, is driven by plain old HTML without, here's the cincher, any Flash.

If you want to see a site that actually uses Flash in a good way, take a look at KoL's site.
