Sennin Posted February 21, 2009 Share Posted February 21, 2009 hey guys i just installed Storm and it's in my E:\WINDOWS\Resources\Themes\Storm folder, but it doesn't come up in the desktop properties as an option to use as a theme. do i need to buy stardock or windowsblinds? i dont have a problem paying for the software, i only want to make sure i know i'm getting the right one. thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can't really just drag and drop, since windows usually restores it. There's an app called replacer.exe, which is part of this relatively simple process. GO GOOGLE GOGO.
