PNWDweller
A bit rusty at this, but this program might help as well: Unlocker I have found lots of cool uses for this program other than releasing it for deletion.
Emiya Shiro
Ok i solve this problem by renaming browseui.dll to browseui.dll.old (i don't know how this work O.o), then copy, paste my browseui.dll to system32 folder and reboot. After reboot i deleted browseui.dll.old and everything seems working just fine ^^
