I'm starting to repurchase, now that prices are going down a bit. Before I just got new releases.

I bought the James Bond movies again on blu-ray. :woot:

They filtered all the dust and specks of the originals, really worth every (euro, penny, dollar, other currency) for the resulting quality.

The movie "Predator" was a mayor let down, "upscale" and press blu-ray discs and charge money for it...

I can't feel right doing it just yet. My TV isn't true HD so I am not experiencing the full benefit. Don't get me wrong, I purchase NEW movies on BD, just not replacing my DVD collection just yet.

Wait you repurchased all of them? If so how much did that set you back?

The next movie on my list will be "The Green Mile" an absolutely brilliant movie!

not really, unless its a big difference between the SD and HD.......

plus everything keeps getting better constantly! dam tv's are now 200MHZ!

only a handful of movies are worth it, the rest i cant be bothered, and its just not worth it!

For exam the movie JUNIOR is not worth watching on HD

Haven't repurchased any yet, but I'm thinkin about it. Amazon has some great deals on a lot of great movies.

Nope, but I don't buy DVD now unless I just want to watch a cheap film that i might have missed a couple of years ago or something. Quality will double again in a while.

I have bought exactly one Blu-ray movie ever since I got my PS3 and that's Black Hawk Down - One of my all-time favourite movies and I really wanted a physical HD copy.

i re-repurchased a blu-ray. I have Terminator 2 on dvd.. i bought the blu-ray but it looked just like the dvd. Apparently it looked so bad that they had to release it.

I have 44 movies in my collection now. A few are repurchases, although I did not want to, who can resist $15/blu-ray movie?
