James123
Hi All, I hadn't really bothered with XBOX LIVE until a few weeks ago but recently I've been playing it so I'm looking for a cheap, but "proper" way to get online with the 360. I refuse to pay ?45-60 for the official Wireless adapter, and homeplugs are just as expensive... at the moment I've just been using Internet Connection Sharing and a wired connection into my PC, problem is, the NAT is always flagged as high so I have problems finding/staying connected to games quite a lot of the time. Could anyone recommend a cheap alternative for getting it online? Unfortunately wiring into the router isn't an option because the router is about 50m away from the 360 and can't be moved. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
spacer
edit: NM, I'm dumb. I should finish reading the post before replying. >_< The way my brother does it is he has his 360 connected to his desktop (or laptop if he's downstairs in the family room playing on the big tv) through an normal ethernet cable. He has never had problems with lag that way.

AnthonySterling
Have you tried looking at the Belkin Gaming Adaptor? A few friends use this method, a lot cheaper than the MS version too.
