HideAndGoatse
I don't know if that's the official name but its just choosing a certain color and only getting that color in picture. I don't know if this is a sony, canon, or nikon specific tool, but I tried googling and only found the Canon SD870 IS has it in it. Is that the only one? I know my friends have some other ones that also do this. Could anyone point me in that direction?
giga Veteran Posted March 3, 2009 Veteran Share Posted March 3, 2009 Why would you want to ruin the source image like that? Do it in software.
HideAndGoatse
One of my friends is looking to buy a new camera and she isn't a technologically inclined person lol, she cares about if it's a cute color and if it does that. Just trying to help her out, but it seems harder than I thought.

sask
I'm pretty sure most canon point and shoot cameras have this feature. Even my 5 year old SD400 had that feature.
Marshalus Veteran Posted March 6, 2009 Veteran Share Posted March 6, 2009 Yeah, it's becoming more and more common on P&S cameras.

Marshalus Veteran Posted March 7, 2009 Veteran Share Posted March 7, 2009 Can my Nikon D60 do this!? Not in camera. Shoot in RAW and then dump the image into Photoshop and you can do it as much as you want though.

WildClown
I also have a Sony Cybershot DSCP200. Can that do this either?
Ambroos
ALMOST all Canon point and shoot cameras can do this actually. The Ixus series do it as well. Sony doesn't have any single camera that does it as far as I know.
