Best game for live

I wouldn't recommend CoD:WaW. Most people don't seem to like it as much as CoD4. Can't go wrong with grabbing Halo3 as there will always be people playing that. Gears of War 2 is a great game but is better when playing with other people that you know. Cod4 is a great game to play by yourself online as it requires almost no real teamwork to rank up.

I play WaW and 4 al the time. They are both good.

My votes are for Cod: WaW and Cod4, even though I'm not a big fan of the call of duty games though.

I've easily spent the most time in Bad Company as far as 360 games go. I don't do many 360 games online though, playing heaps of Left 4 Dead on PC currently but although I'm unsure how strong the 360 community is and if PC was an option I'd probably take the PC copy.

It's probably the obvious answer, but you can't go wrong with Halo 3. Four player split screen on XBox Live with fast matchmaking = a great time with friends. As far as gameplay is concerned, you can certainly do better (I'm more of a Call of Duty 4 guy myself, and GoW2 is great of course), but Halo 3's online interface is just so well done.

I rented COD4.. Since I have owned it for PC since the first day it came out I wanted to see the difference. I must say I am VERY impressed with it. I want more games though.. And I need friends to play with.. All my friends are PC gamers :(

I am looking at Halo3 since everyone says get it, and its pretty cheap now I think..

Btw anyone want to add me to friends go ahead :) I want to become a console gamer instead of PC gamer.. Now that I am running my Mac, I really won't game except on consoles.

btw why do some of your gamertags show last seen and where? And mine just shows the mygamertag logo?
