Frontpage and Dreamweaver, and MSWORD just go to prove that because it's just like editing a word doc with tables, images, etc. Secondly a program requires a stack. They also have variables, functions, modules, classes (not all though) etc. Thirdly, if HTML is a programming language, what is Java Scripts use???
