Addictive games

Recommended Posts

This Monday I (finally) bought Guitar Hero, came with the wireless guitar and the price was just right at 40?. I thought I was going to get some fun out of it, just nothing big. Truth is, I'm completely hooked. This is one of the most addictive games I've ever played. Now I just wonder all the fun I've missed on games I didn't have a chance to play.

So, does anyone have another example of a game that was just surprisingly more addictive than expected?

I'm addicted to Solitaire. 'nuff said :)

Thank god! I'm not the only one. It's just so easy to do it while watching something on iPlayer, talking to people on MSN, whatever, and it's kinda fun :p

I guess there are many addicts around here :). I usually play a few rounds of cookie solitaire on my iPod before I go to sleep.

Dash of destructions free if its still on live, but its not really worth the download for anything other than the gamerscore.

It's MUCH better than Yaris :x

And Totemball ( :pinch: my arms, make it stop)

There's also Aegis Wing, which was created by Microsoft interns, which the last time I checked, was still free in the Arcade.
