0 Kanecorp
well since you're taking an small image and making it bigger...of course the quality will go down!
0 sukamusiru
there's not all that much you can do.. if you have a good program to do it, it might look okay.. or.. since it stretches the current pixels, you might want to run the enlarged through some kinda filter that breaks down the pixels and kinda improvises the colors mixed? :p i dunno what i'm talking about, i guess..
0 bluerei
When you resize an image, pixels expand and are added into the picture, but the program can't tell it properly what hue or brightness the pixels in the image should look like, so it emulates it by turning into the color of the nearest pixels around it, so it looks aliased or pixelated. 0 Redestium
Filters can help a great deal if you're in Photoshop or even PSP. The right combination can hide many of the imperfections that are associated with enlarging an image.

It kinda looks like he used the blur tool or maybe plain old eraser to get rid of the "haze" around the outlines? Could be a filter though too...good stuff. Whatever you did, you did an extraordinary job!Did you apply a series of filters or use a special program? all i did was use the clone tool to get the orange garbage out. then i used the sharpen toll to pull out some of the colors in the building. i only spent about 1.5 min. on it. it could be better
0 bluerei
All blur does is duplicates pixels while making them smaller at the same time.
