I was tempted to get assasins creed, but I figured it would be just be another game I bought because it was cheap and that I'll never actually play through to completion.

It's cool they do deals like this on Steam, shame it's always on games I either already have or not interested in :p

Repetitive? Yes. Worth $10? I'd say so.

I would agree, if 50% off = $10, then it is worth it just to play the first couple of levels, or should I say pre-repetitiveness.

Seems like Valve is taking the idea or week long class updates from TF2 and implementing it into steam. I'm not sure if I should get Assassin's Creed or wait and see the other deals, definitely will pick of Far Cry 2 if they mark it down.

So what is the general consensus on Brothers In Arms, is it worth the price?

Ummm, Was not a bad game by any means, but it also did not make me want to beat it, so I would say that says something about it. Usually if a game is good, I make the time, even if it is months later, to beat it.

So I personally would say it is pretty much a pass.

Oh, and thanks for the tip about can check steam on the web. I really just never knew.

Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is one of those games that just seems so fun at first, but doesn't do it for you anymore. I bought the game when it was released and I've rarely played it. Quite frankly, I don't see any reason to start playing it. I suggest passing on it. You'll have more fun playing Call of Duty: World at War.

I ended up skipping Brother in Arms but think I may grab Far Cry. How is the multiplayer community with Far Cry? I remember seeing the map maker last year, seemed like a great way to get some fun online games going.

Has there been a deal yet for World in Conflict: Complete Edition? Anyway, I'm tempted to purchase Far Cry 2. It's only $14.99!
