picture size

Question

ok - I'm not that much of a developer with websites - but I brought myself a little host (25MB) and have put together a little site on the rocker Alice Cooper using Dreamweaver MX. I also found a template off a site (www.elated.com) and modded it abit.

The origional template I got looks like THIS, and my site looks like THIS

I'm noticing how completely huge the little side pictures (of links, hot stuff etc.etc.) compared to the origional template. Yes, I did alter the buttons - but I didn't alter the size....

I've looked in the html and can't see anything that can relate to size....

anyway, please forgive me if this is a dumb question, it's just i'm pretty new to this stuff. How would I be able to change the size of the buttons, i like them small :)

thank you to anyone who helps me out

where you put the source to the image, in the html, put the image size properties, to what ever you want:

<a href="about.html" target="main"><img src="/about.gif" width="80" height="59" ></a>

in the menu page. you will need to do this for each image.
