Take the battery out and press on/off button for 5 sec, see if that works. If that doesn't work look for two round solder pinholes on the motherboard with CMOS written over it, BE AWARE if you don't know how to do that properly you might fry you motherboards as well yourself

Taking the battery out doesnt work for most laptops as the password isnt stored in the BIOS, i had this issue with a HP Compaq laptop a while ago, the only thing you can do is contact Fujitsu/Siemens to see if they have a bios unlocker.

I already tried this is not working.

Does the laptop use a normal BIOS maker - Award, AMIBIOS, Phoenix etc?

If it does there might be a backdoor password you can use, take a look at http://www.freelabs.com/~whitis/security/backdoor.html or http://www.elfqrin.com/docs/biospw.html

The Bios is Phoenix, thanks for the links i look on them now :)
