What do you think about this idea:

Subscriber have the ability to favourite posts, kind of like how YouTube, tumblr work.

I think this feature would be amazing and a +1 reason to subscribing to Neowin.

No, I think it's too much work for the developers.

No offense Jase, but I've never seen the value in that on forums. Can't you just bookmark them yourself? Not trying to just slam you I just really don't get this idea. I've seen other forums use this and have never really understood, because I can do that myself without causing any headache or issue with the servers. JMHO again no offense is meant.

Maybe some examples of where this would be better or different then bookmarks would help me/others? Just a thought.

Work yes, but if your don't seize a good opportunity then what is the point of calling yourself a Developer. Ideas should be nurtured, Look at the Ad-Free Subscriber option. Users requested it, devs said to much work but they did it eventually and it's turned out I think pretty good.

About the actual idea that Jase has suggested I think it's a good one (Y)

Wait, what? The Ad-free Subscriber option wasn't the developers holding back, it was the debate whether Neowin would lose money with those users not seeing ads.

I can also tell you that right now all the developers are busy on serious business.

That was just one part of the Argument. I remember seeing some posts where they said it would be to difficult and/or time consuming. They didn't elaborate.
