+theblazingangel MVC Posted April 18, 2009 MVC Share Posted April 18, 2009 a couple of days ago i spent at least an hour writing an SQL query to solve a problem for someone. an hour later the entire thread had completely disappeared from the forum. i'm still a little miffed about what a waste of my time it was  it's possible that the thread title might have been the same as another recent thread by the same op, and therefore got swept up as a dup. if this was the case, can moderators please be a little more careful, as the two threads in question were certainly not dups despite similar/same titles! if it's possible to dig up the thread in question (by Vortex566 in web server side), that would certainly make me feel better :) thanks
Frank
I will look into this but in the future it is best to just PM a staffer. Thread Closed
Fred Derf Veteran Posted April 18, 2009 Veteran Share Posted April 18, 2009 It was likely deleted accidentally. Or it was double posted and two staffers each deleted one duplicate. I moved it back to programming: https://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=760218
