Sethos
Hey, As part of tweaking a certain game, I need access to some more advanced features which Catalyst Control Panel doesn't offer, therefore I'm trying to install ATI Tray Tools. During the installation, Windows 7 blocks "atitray64.sys" from installing due to being unsigned, how do I got about allowing the installation of this file? Thanks
+Xinok Subscriber² Posted May 1, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted May 1, 2009 Press F8 before Windows boots and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement".
The_Decryptor Veteran Posted May 1, 2009 Veteran Share Posted May 1, 2009 Fairly sure that only lasts until you reboot, so if you want to keep them enabled you'd have to do that every time you reboot.

I have heard (but never tried personally) that you can add a tag to the MBR to enable it each time on boot. The op might try to google this and see if that could help solve the issue so he/she will not have to hit F8 every reboot.
»X«
I used this programme to fix my connection limit in vista. This programme disables the driver enforcement but automatically.

protocol7
There's also ReadyDriver Plus. I'm using it to load the XBCD driver for my old XBOX controller.
