bbfc_uk
I just installed Build 7100 this morning and noticed that an update was available as soon as setup finished for the Mobile Intel® 965 Express Family Chispet. The new driver version is : 8.15.10.1713 Even though I've only been using this build for a few hours, I am pretty sure this update has fixed the graphics issues I was experiencing in previous builds as I haven't experienced any as of yet. Anyone else use this Chipset and experienced any issues? Most of mine were UI-releated.
hurtz777
This new Intel VGA Driver seems to have fixed the IGP BSOD errors that I would get consistently after 10-15 minutes on my Intel 4 Chipset notebook. I think they have got all issues straightened out. The aero interface in Win7 RC definitely seems snappier with this new driver. Time will tell. pinTero
My Graphics subscore went up from 3.3 to 3.4 :) I had some strange transparency problems with Firefox a few times... lets see if it happens again. -edit- Damn! Still issues. Some flickering lines were blocking start menu and taskbar for a moment, after closing Filezilla. Looks like the same aero/transparency problem. Edited May 3, 2009 by pinTero
