tr4nce
Hello everyone, I am having this problem when trying to change gamma and contrast on my laptop: I cannot save the configuration because Win7 tells me that there is no "Element Found". This problema arrised after I ran Ccleaner. Before that I had no problem changing the configuration, so maybe it's a Missing (deleted) Registry key. Also, I found this bug on technet forums but no one was able to have a proper solution to it. Anyone with the same problem? Is there any alternative program to change the gamma, contrast and brightness? My lappy has an Intel GMA X3100 integrated chip and I am using the default WDDM driver that was built in the 7100 (aka Release Candidate) Here I attached 3 files: 2 shots of the problem and the outcome from the psr.exe tool, that allow you to "reproduce" the bug with screenshots (I recommend this read to everyone, very useful tips, including this one) Any proper solution? Thanks in advance pd: This maybe doesn't qualify like a "bug" because of the Ccleaner usage. blunden
I thought CCleaner saved backups. If it was indeed the cause you could either restore it in full or investigate the backup and see if you can tell what key might be missing.
