scumdogmillionaire
So I wanted to check out the new Windows Virtual PC as I do a lot of development on Virtual PCs. I know XPM requires virtualization support, but trying to create a brand new VPC yields the message Windows Virtual PC requires hardware-assisted virtualization. There is no hardware-assisted virtualization support in the system. This is crap. Can't they support the existing Virtual PC technology in previous versions and make this an option or something? Just venting. Wanted to use the new VPC client on my laptop, but I guess that's not happening. Lame.
Matthew S.
XPM doesn't need it, VPC7 does.
scumdogmillionaire
Yeah, I guess that's the way I should have worded it, huh? Previous articles made it seem like it was a requirement of XPM.
