Screenshots Link to XDA-Developer's Page Direct Rom Download Link How to Flash (Use part II a (USPL) to flash) Features New Today screen that WinMo 6.5 introduced with custom backgrounds New Start menu that WinMo 6.5 introduced Touch scrolling in all apps (works decently, somewhat buggy) New Lock Screen that WinMo 6.5 introduced Speedier than the default T-Mobile Wing ROM Threaded SMS Other WinMo 6.5 enhancements Installed Programs Phone - Custom phone program, more touch friendly Contacts Calendar Pictures & Videos Internet Explorer - Mobile IE 6 version that's default with WinMo 6.5, featuring full internet and zooming on pages Windows Media Player - No touch enhancements noticable, except the soft-button menu's and maybe scrolling MSN Weather - Not normally in WinMo 6.5, I think Calculator Notes Tasks File Explorer ActiveSync (Works with Exchange but it's been reported to not work well with USB Sync. Take caution, Windows Live might cause Threaded SMS to freeze up. I'm trying to confirm this right now, but if your SMS's freeze up on you, then you have to re-flash the ROM in order to fix it. IM (That the default T-Mobile ROM had installed) - I recommend using Palringo IM, which is free and has multiple chat clients, including Facebook chat T-Zones - Who used it anyways??? Known Bugs/Not Working Components (This is still only an Alpha) Contact list might appear empty sometimes (whlie using Exchange) but should re-appear upon re-opening Contacts If you're using the Herald, then some keyboard buttons won't be mapped properly It's a possibility that if you install Windows Live on your phone, Threaded SMS might freeze up a lot. If that happens, you will have to re-flash your device to make it work like normal again, so take caution with Windows Live MMS is still unconfirmed if it's working or not Ask questions and I'll answer them and put them up here in the original post. Just to name a few: internet explorer mobile, live mesh for mobile, silverlight 2 for mobile, windows media player mobile, windows mobile marketplace,.NET compact framework, .NET mobile, compact framework, and SQL server compact. The Windows Mobile contact list will get a huge visual boost and be more touch-friendly as well, with larger menu items and an updated look. Microsoft has officially confirmed a new web browser for Windows Mobile, Internet Explorer 6. The hottest new features and apps include: My Phone--a backup and recovery service for contacts, photos and other data stored on a mobile device. My Phone will also be available for phones running Windows Mobile 6.0 and 6.1. The new Windows Marketplace for Mobile is a centralized place to buy increasingly popular mobile applications. Windows Mobile 6.5 features a new user interface and "honeycomb". A customizable start screen with hexagonal tiles for each program that are designed to be easier to use on touch-screen phones. The Windows Mobile start menu can be customized with Internet applications like weather or stock reports, that are automatically updated.
