What Windows 7 benchmarks do you want to see?

Recommended Posts

Hi. I'm currently benchmarking Windows 7 and have done a few games: Crysis, Far Cry 2, World in Conflict.

Did 3dvantage, Passmark Performancetest, copying 1 large file, and many small files.

What are the other ones that people usually care about?

Benchmarks are useless with comparisons. Also, to remind you, it's against the EULA to post benchmarks of Windows 7.

There aren't many RC benchmarks out there. Gizmodo's was done in like 10 seconds and they're not very comprehensive. I'm comparing Vista and Windows 7 performance. I'll leave numbers out so it won't be against the EULA.

but really what's the point of benchmarks if there's no numbers?

Gives you an idea of how much improvement there is. It's not as detailed but you can see if there is no, little, or a lot of improvement. Or if there is the opposite of an improvement (don't know what the word is for this... lol)

What I would like to see is how much wood would a wood chuck chuck if a wood chuck could chuck wood?
