Kushan
Hey guys, Lately my friends and I have been playing a lot of co-op style games. Now there's a great selection of them out there, but it seems that not many support more than 2 players on average. There's usually at least 4 of us at any one time and we prefer to work together as opposed to against each other and well, we're looking for ideas on good games to play. Lately, we've been through the following: Call of duty 4/WaW Left 4 Dead (This isn't great if there's more than 4 and less than 8 =\) Rainbow 6: Vegas 2 (Terrorist hunt is the only mode that supports 4 players =\, also not tried the first one, it got anything on the sequel?) Marvel Ultimate Alliance (Ok game, bit laggy with 4 people though) H.A.W.X. Gears 2 (Hoarde) Probably a couple of others. Anyone know any decent games for 4 player+ co-op play? Cheers! Kushan
Crackdown, but its only for 2 Yeah, we've got loads of 2-player co-op games, we're looking for ones that support more players. Serious Sam 1/2 have fun co-op mode. Good suggestions! Might be hard finding some copies of the game, though.
Hungarian Salami
Sacred 2. Its getting released tomorrow. Its a must have for RPG lovers. You can play 4 players co-op on live and system link and 2 on the same console.
+Audioboxer Subscriber² Posted May 11, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted May 11, 2009 Only other one I can suggest is Halo 3! You don't have a PS3 do you Kushan? LBP is fun with 4 people.
Kushan
I DO have a PS3, but most of my friends do not, they're a 360 crowd. Obviously we've all got Halo, even if I do think it's overrated, it's not a bad game. Sacred 2 looks promising! Might have to import it (EU release isn't until June). Kushan
Good call, actually have burnout lying around somewhere, I wonder why I didn't think of it. AB: 3 of us are local, but we usually play with a 4th, 5th or 6th person over Live (Hurrah for party chat!).
Pheee
Where is the best place to order PS3 games from USA or Canada etc? I like RPGs and would consider importing Sacred 2.

I like RPGs and would consider importing Sacred 2. http://www.videogamesplus.ca/ Were awesome for me with R2, I think I got my copy in like 5 or 6 days. No import tax either. Scared 2 is getting mixed reviews - http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/...red2fallenangel - Still, looks quite interesting.
Kushan
I find that with good co-op play, even a mediocre game can be quite fun. I'll reserve my judgement until I try Sacred 2 myself, though.
Hungarian Salami
It gets mixed reviews (Sacred 2) because its getting reviewed by people who are not interested in the genre. And they give scores for what the game is not, I yet have to see a review about the multiplayer part which is the strongest selling point of the game. But I must tell you the game is going to appeal big time to folks who love looting, hacking and slashing and pew pewing. If you are interested check this video out, it shows the bosses in the game -
