Lord Ba'al
Same procedure as every build  Here's the thread to report any bugs concerning Build 7127: - dead bugs which have been extreminated in 7127 - bugs which started in earlier builds and are still around - new bugs, not found in any previous builds 7127 x64 has just finished appearing on my HD and I've yet to install it, so I'll add any bugs I'll possibly find later on. 08993
*jumps at the sound of a pin dropping* Not sound anything I'd consider a bug in 7127 yet!
lee31
I kept on getting start up problems in the RC that I hadn't had in earlier builds where I get asked to either start up normally or use start up repair. That happened nearly everytime I first booted it up at the beginning of the day but thankfully so far that issue has gone in this build. Other than that I have no other issues so far. Pharos
1. Open Start Menu 2. Open "Getting Started", or type Getting Started if it's not in the list 3. Open "Choose when to be notified about changes to your computer" , or just click Change UAC settings via the Jump list - Watch how the icon opens in the superbar Is this a bug?

Satchmo Bevins
The Action Center tray icon is turned off, and I see no way to turn it on. To see if there are issues you have to go to Control Panel -> Action Center Flight Simulator X now works as it should. No more erroneous messages about having the wrong DirectX version. WMP seems to be not forgetting the library now. But I think that was fixed in 7100. Installed the CCCP codec pack and that seems to work nicely for watching .mkv videos. There is still the Firefox-minimize -> Messenger-open bug. Overall, 7127 x64 is pretty snappy on an dual core with 2gb of memory.

dcoaster
This is the first build that does not recognize my sound card. Every other build from 6956 onward worked fine with my sound, but 7127 cannot find drivers. I've tried Creative's website, but no luck finding any drivers. Satchmo Bevins
Shows up fine here .. takes a little while to appear though .. If I go: right-click Taskbar->Properties->Notification Area->Customize->, there is no entry for Action Center. If I go to "Turn Systems Icons On or Off", the option of "on" or "off" for Action Center is grayed out and inaccessible. I'm still happy with this build.

gregrocker
Question to you who have installed this build: Can you confirm that it activates with RC keys AND receives Windows updates as RC would? Uploader sez that there is no support for this build from MS but don't know whether that means anything different than RC. I have a stupid little annoying bug in 7100 (task bar too fat and won't resize) requiring reinstall and I want to use this build if it wil activate and update. You can use the RC keys just fine however it's not an official release and like your uploader said there is no support for this build so you won't receive updates. Deal killer for me since I want performance, driver and security updates. Is there anything I will miss by not keeping up with these higher builds, or are any substantial bug fixes or other stability improvements pushed through on WUpdate? Is there anything I will miss by not keeping up with these higher builds, or are any substantial bug fixes or other stability improvements pushed through on WUpdate? Well TBH, if you use unofficial builds you are best keeping up with them. Having said that, if 7100 gets patched up to have the same fixes 7127 has I'll go back to 7100! 7127 has increased game compatability and WMP fixes, and as a gamer that puts it ahead of 7100 for me. ObiWanToby
I'd still like to know if Punkbuster works. Game compatability is increased but will it break PB. PB seems to work with official builds, 7000 and 7100.
