protocol7
Nice, but I'm sticking with 7100 until something major happens. Don't want to do a wipe and install if I can help it.
vask
Screen shot explains itself, heads up from u-know-who. btw, the Neowin topic above still says current leak:7106, quite outdated lol. And the actual translation is: Why should wzor leak 7130 when there is 7133. They should leak newer build. So the point is, not to expect a leak but that zukona was just questioning the reasons for wzor leaking an older build when supposedly a newer one is available. Also, thread title makes no sense since both zukona (person that leaked previous builds) and people responsible for wzor are all russian (or at least russian speaking) .....Edited for accuracy as originally took the quote out of context Edited May 18, 2009 by vask

protocol7
No reason to wipe and install....simply UPGRADE.Works without a hitch from 7100 to 7127 Never been a fan of upgrades. And there's plenty of people here who upgraded to 7100 and had problems that went away when they clean installed. It's just the better way to do it. wguimb
As has been stated numerous times before, it's always best to do a clean install. Especially in the case of the RC installation. With that said, I did an upgrade from 7100 to 7127 and did not encounter a single issue. I can't really tell any difference between those two builds actually. I also did a clean install of 7127 on the same laptop but used a different physical hard drive. No problems with that also. I can confirm that internal testers and gold partners are playing around with build 7133 right now. If it leaks I will get it but most likely I won't install it. (crosses fingers behind back). :)
dangerouseddy
i had a blank screen near the end of the install when upgrading from 7100 to 7127 x64. was the ati graphics card driver that was causing the problem, might have been some left over setting from when i upgraded vista to 7100. i did a clean install of 7127 and it worked fine but when i added my settings using windows easy transfer i got a blank screen after a reboot. (crosses fingers behind back). :) I see, the time between leaks are too close, I had guessed that it would follow the 7048->57->68->77 pattern and next one probably should be 27->38. btw, the Chinese users are crying out loud for a leak of the Official 7127 Chinese version(it was shown on the Connect page), anyone leaking it will surely get a really very big [Thanks] from them. :D

Lord Ba'al
Just did a fresh install of 7127  It's interesting to see that 7133 might be the next... before we had a leak about any 10 builds, are we now getting a leak about any 5 builds?

segobi
more like we are getting every 20th build i think...1.5 builds / month 6956 7022 7068 7077 7106 7127 in general i had the feeling that i waited about 20 days for a new build. Maybe thats the rate at which they give out build to tap gold etc. and oems.
