shouck
Don't know if this is the right forum for this question, but... Basically, I'm trying to play a slideshow in Windows 7 MCE (I love the transitions & panning & zooming), and capture the video to a movie file that I can then throw into Windows DVD Maker, and record to DVD. I was thinking of using FRAPS, switching my resolution to 720x480, and recording/capturing at 30fps to an AVI or whatever format fraps captures to, then burning that to DVD. Will this work or is there some better way? Reason I'm not just using the Windows DVD Maker slideshow, is that it only lets you add 999 pictures, and I need about 1600 to fit onto a dual layer DVD. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
ATLien_0
I've never done what your talking about in MCE, but I think you can do the same in Windows Movie Maker or Windows Photo Gallery. You will have to download those from the Windows Live website.

Actually, Photo Gallery I don't think I've tried; I'll give it a shot. But ideally, I'd love to make the MCE "video" work. The slideshows that it creates are pretty beautiful. The pictures are my grandparents' history, so I'm trying to make it as nice for them as I can. Thanks!
