My windows 7 features dont work

Hey.. so Im still on windows 7 beta.. didnt upgrate to any other build cause I don't want my comp shutting down every 2 hours..

But.. just last week.. i've noticed that most of the Aero peek, show desktop and certain other features have stopped working..

Any idea whats up?

1) Is Aero enabled? If not enable it.

If that doesn't work:

"Adjust the Appearance and Performance of Windows"

Type that (without the quotes) in the start search box and see if all the boxes are ticked.

Or best is - as lee26 says - upgrade.

The RC will not start shutting down every two hours until March 1, 2010. It's time to upgrade.

Yeah, You're getting close to the expiration date and the limited function is kicking in. You need to upgrade to the RC.

you forgot to mention that the pc is going to explode @ 8/1/2009

So this worked for me. . thanks. but although if you say that it won't start shutting down till next year.. then Im deffinitely gonna upgrade..

Yup yup you can use it until March 1st of next year, then you will be constantly reminded every two hours via a shutdown that it is time to move away from the RC and get Windows 7 or go back to your previous OS. More FAQ facts on the RC HERE
