Calum Veteran Posted May 26, 2009 Veteran Share Posted May 26, 2009 No more news on this info ? Guess it was fake afterall :( || || || \/ Fake, move along. :) Just in case you don't know, Brandon works on the Windows development team at Microsoft. The list of 'changes' in the first post is fake. To those saying in the thread that this should be closed. That won't get anything done :p Hit the 'Report' button on one of the posts in the thread and ask for the thread to be closed if you think it needs to be :)
+Warwagon MVC Posted May 26, 2009 MVC Share Posted May 26, 2009 Fake, move along. Windows 7 is now in the release candidate stage of development. At this point the software is feature complete and all they are doing now is fixing bugs and tweaking the code, no new features are added. At this stage in the release cycle Microsoft would not introduce new code to Windows 7. When new code gets added it has to get tested and tested again. With the RTM just around the corner any new code added this late in the game would not get the proper amount of testing. The end result would be a potentially unstable final product. Thread Closed.
