Windows7even
I know this is not just specific to windows 7 but 7 is what os im running. Is there a way to automatically restart windows when a certain program/process crashes or end. I have this flaky led software that crashes randomly and the only way to fix that is to restart the computer. i was wondering if there is a script or something that would monitor the program and if it crashes would automatically restart the computer as to fix the problem. Thanks
Neo003
Wait a min let me get this straight, you want to restart your computer every time the led software crashes. Maybe you should fix the program rather than abusing you system like that.

MarkusDarkus
wow not good. Well without a doubt PowerOff is the best shutdown utility and it even does what you want. You can get it here. PowerOff

Raa
I was going to say, if the program crashes and you're in the middle of an important task, you're going to be stuffed! But if all it does is drive the sign, that wont matter ;)
Ash
You can probably convince someone to write a small app that runs in the task bar that monitors the processes and if the process closes it will reboot the system. You probably have to pay a few bucks but considering it wouldn't be something difficult for a programmer to write, shouldn't cost much.
ozgeek
What's the name of the software. Maybe we can test it on my system for you to see if it's not just you.
