.JSOD File converting

Question

Hey guys, i got a lil problem. About 2 months ago i reformatted my pc. Unfortunately, i didn't get to save my favorites in Firefox (i swear to god that i saved that bookmark.html). Well, i went ahead used a app to do some digging on my PC to see if it could could recover the file. It came up with a file called

bookmarks-2009-03-23.json

I keep searching and im finding stuff online explaining on how to convert XML to JSOD. Well sadley im not programmer lol.

Is there anyway that i could read this file and possibly see if it has any of my book marks included from march? Any thoughts would help! Thank you! :D

In firefox go to bookmarks/organise bookmarks/import and backup button then select import and direct to your .json file.

Is this what you mean?

Well when i do that, it tells me "Unable to process the backup file". Is there something else that can translate it?
