Jehtro
Has anyone managed to download the full game client at 6.4gb and managed to install it on win7? http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_mirrors I downloaded the 6.4gb playable client in order to avoid the downloader from blizzard. But nothing ever happens when i run the installer.exe Even the wowinstaller from blizzards website isn't working anymore. If anyone has gotten this to work somehow, please help me out :p
deck
I can't speak for myself, but a friend of mine has been running WOW on Win7 beta for months. And he's a hardcore WOW player, so I would have heard about it not working. He used the CD, though. Lich King also installed fine.

(also select run as admin while you are at it since it is the installer.

Markbirn
I've been playing WoW on Windows Se7en for quite some time now and I haven't experienced any problems at all. I installed from the CD and patched from mirrors on a fan site. Everything's all ways worked A-okay for me, even my add-ons and clients are working fine! Don't really know what to suggest.
