Ayepecks
Reviews: http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/...on:%20Guerrilla Great reviews so far... I plan on picking this up ASAP. May get it the day it comes out if my local area has it. I loved the demo, so can't wait!

-KJ
I loved messing around in the single player demo. I wonder if the novelty of fully destructible environments will wear off for me... nah.
Spookie
Will have to grab this. Apparently the multiplayer is rather funny.
Deadlydread
I can see the first machina to come from this will be along the lines of A: "Na na na you can't hit me with a rocket... you suck..." B: "@#$# You! *fires rocket at him and it misses*" A: "Ha Ha Told you, that you can't hit me!" B: "I wasn't aiming at you" A: "huh? *turns around as giant pillar falls on him*" B: "pwnt"

jonmoseley8
Got my Red Faction Guerilla GAME pre-order bonus figurine today, is quite awesome, even the hydraulic pistons move. Below are some pics (I haven't got it posed just right yet). :)
+Audioboxer Subscriber² Posted June 1, 2009 Subscriber² Share Posted June 1, 2009 Gonna get around to playing this after my holiday. ps. Ayepecks this is the weakest attempt at an official topic I've ever seen :p
Spookie
Though the story is your typical stupid-as-gears fare. It's rather good. Though the difficulty does ramp up to hellish proportions later in the game when everyone gets stupid powered rifles... Thankfully you get to counter that with a mini nuke. :p :D
LOC Veteran Posted June 2, 2009 Veteran Share Posted June 2, 2009 I am totally loving the MP demo. I just wish I had the money to buy it, gonna be awhile though. Maybe I'll just wait for the PC release. Dunno yet. Multiplayer in this game just looks like it's gonna be all sorts of awesome. And that's only going by a 2 map (or is it 3?) MP demo! jshimmy3
What are the requirements for the PC version? I can't seem to find them...
Ayepecks
Played for about an hour, and all I can say is this game is pure greatness. I personally think it demolishes GTA IV. There's no long driving distances (well, yet, could change I suppose), the weapons are far more fun to use, the driving feels more fluid, and it's just a better overall experience. This may very well become my new favorite 360 game :D
Growled Member Posted June 8, 2009 Member Share Posted June 8, 2009 I've only had a chance to look at it rather quickly but it looks like one heck of a game.

Ayepecks
The first one was great, I don't know what you're talking about. The second one was horrible.
Tech Star
I liked both, wth you guys on. They both were pure win in multi-player with friends. :D The story on both were ok, but multi-player was great. :D
Facebook
This game is great, nothing matches the ability to jetpack into the air and drop, unseen, onto an opponent and sledge hammer them into the ground.
Sethos
How's the terrain destruction, can we still dig our way through mountains and walls?
Joseph B
Never played the original Red Faction, was around the same time Quake was rolling out as one of the top FPS games in it's time. That and Unreal. Will be picking it up though to see what i've been missing out on I suppose.
Neo003
Hearing lot of good thing about the game might have to rent it (if gamefly have any in stock, damn thing it always low on everything.).
Facebook
How's the terrain destruction, can we still dig our way through mountains and walls? Well terrain destruction is a no go, but any man made structure can be destroyed in a variety of hilarious, and realistic, ways.
Sethos
Well terrain destruction is a no go, but any man made structure can be destroyed in a variety of hilarious, and realistic, ways. ... A Red Faction without terrain destruction? Think I might save my time and money then :)
