StandingInAlley
Hey! I got charged twice for an application which i bought for my iPhone i.e. BeejiveIM. It was on the same day at the same time. I got the receipt today and it shows that Apple has charged me twice. I had already downloaded the application from my iTunes account but for some reason it wasn't syncing properly so i just went to AppStore in iPhone and it said since i had already bought once, i could download it again for free and it charged me. The first time i want to buy a legit application , i get charged twice for it :/ Do you think Apple will remove the second transaction ? I mean its almost at the same time and it doesn't make sense why I will buy something again. I have clicked on "report a problem" in the transaction part. Now what should I do ? Thx
Gary2MBz
You should try calling them instead. You will get quicker results easily like that and hopefully they will sort out your problem.

evo0o
i'd call them, always like the human interaction compared to forms and text on e-mails...
Hendrick
I accidentally purchased a song twice on iTunes over the Christmas Holiday. I filled the "Report A Problem" link on the receipt, and I was quickly credited with a free song download. I'm not sure if that's because I used a gift card to buy the same song twice or what, but they were very quick, even over email, to credit me with my song. Hendrick
Yah, you can. It's in the Store category on iTunes. I did the same thing shortly before I actually got my iPod Touch.
